The Vue – Abstract Development – 1082 Richmond Avenue, Victoria BC

Seven homes in the project known as “The Vue” on Moss Rock, in the heart of Fairfield. 

Cooper Pacific will take a collateral charge over an 11,742 s.f. future development site at the corner of Richmond Ave. and Oaky Bay Ave.  The property currently has an FSR of 1.2:1, but the developer is in the process of rezoning the property to an FSR of 1.57:1 which would allow for development of a 21 unit project.  The community meeting has been held and the response from both the neighborhood as well as the Rockland Community Association was favorable.  The formal rezoning application will be submitted Friday December 21, 2012.
