Village Walk – Abstract Development – 1969 Oak Bay Avenue

A mixed use residential/commercial development located on the corner of Oak Bay Avenue and Foul Bay Road.  The project known as ‘Village Walk’ will include 22 strata titled condo units above 5,822 square feet of ground floor commercial (plus 1,851 s.f. of mezzanine).  The building will be 4 stories over a single-level underground parkade with poured in place concrete slab, footings and foundation walls.  The main commercial level will be a reinforced concrete slab.  Levels 2-4 will be constructed of wood frame exterior and interior partition walls.  The underground will contain 26 marked stalls including 3 visitor stalls.  There will also be 10 commercial parking stalls at grade.  The total gross buildable area will be 51,112 s.f. of which 28,531 s.f. will be residential, 7,471 s.f. will be commercial, and the underground parking will be 15,110 s.f.
